Not many people can say they've insulted Hugh Laurie in public, but we've done it. It was a compliment, really.

"There's this beautiful soul behind the character, which is really Hugh," Morrison said. "Yes, he's playing a character, but he's still him, and he's incredibly articulate and intelligent, and he has such a warmth to him. Having that behind a harsh exterior -- the almost teenage rebelliousness he puts out -- is exactly what makes him so lovable, because it's both things at once."

Well done, Jennifer, couldn't have said it any better! I guess that's exactly the secret why Hugh is so perfect for playing House and why this show would have never been as successful as it is with another actor as House (in. my opinion at least)

Lovely comments from JM. RSL makes me laugh! Jerky question from the reporter. BTW, Hugh, are you as big a jerk as House??

This is adorable. I love the question just because of the exchange it created: JM's and RSL's responses, HL and Jacobs having a go at it. A fun read, and a great cast/crew that is obviously protective of Hugh and House. JM talking about Hugh tho? Pure gold. :)

Wow.
And that is why Hugh fits the role of House, and why JM fits the role of Cameron. :]
