I am familiar with the product and I prefer to use another method of storage. One that I can quickly arm myself as I am leaving my bed. I will not be more specific.
I will say that what I use requires that one be awake to obtain it and I have trained with this weapon in a domestic combat enviroment, thereby reducing the chance of an accidental discharge.

Everybody knows you're supposed to keep the guns _under_ the bed.

At least, that's the way I grew up...
(6 kids, 10 guns, no fatalities. It really is all about proper parenting.)
