Luke let out a startled grunt as he arrived in this new place, rubbing his eyes and fighting off a wave of dizziness that threatened to overwhelm him. It took him a moment to take in the familiar perfect white walls, the steady hum of machinery, and the lab tools neatly ordered as any scientist would have them. His eyes slowly widened when he did finally take it all in, a thrum of happiness finally running through him. This was... this was his master's lab! He was back! He was home! Oh he couldn't wait to see his master again and talk to him all about the different worlds he had seen and--
...where was his workstation?
Luke stopped, looking around the familiar lab, except for that one little spot. Sure he had been gone awhile, but... would his master really just... write him off as a loss that quickly? As soon as the thought came to his head, he shook it off; no, of course not. A lot of work went into making him, he wouldn't just dismiss him like that.
He let out an exasperated sigh, his shoulders slumping. "The multiverse must despise me..."
