oh, and yeah, I hope something like this ends up happening in s3...I don't like karofsky at all....even if he's all sorry and shit or whatever now...but still....although, don't blame him for liking kurt...kurt's really pretty, afterall, hahahaha....I think the klaine'll remain relatively solid....and shit, FINALLY someone writes about burt finding out about that kiss!! don't know why no one ever wrote about that before....lol...good job on this~ ^^

Yeah, I've always wanted to read a fic about Burt learning Karofsky's secret and about the kiss too. I don't think I've read it either so I guess that's partly why I wrote it myself. Thanks for your feedback!

One thing I love about Kurt & Burt talks is Burt often gets what Kurt's issues are when even Kurt doesn't see his own issues yet. But I like that Burt isn't perfectly wise either. He can be a hypocrite and he can rant and he can lose sight of the real issues. I don't agree with the 'girl' argument but it seemed like something Burt might say, just as a way of venting.

My favorite part is the bit about Kurt taking back his kiss Yeah. That was Kurt's Peggy Olson moment for me. Like how in S1 Pete was the one who wanted to pretend their affair never happened, because he was scared of his wife finding out. Then when Pete finally realises he loves Peggy, it turns out she had his baby but she pretended that it never happened. Just like Pete wanted. It's heartbreaking for Pete even though it's also a cruel irony that he kind of deserves. I don't think Kurt will really forget his first kiss, anymore than Peggy will forget her first child, but both secrets will be buried deep and rarely (if ever) spoken of
