i love this.
yea, it was random. but it's also simple,honest and straight to the point, without the layered stuff. it was a sweet change.

i guess House was bummed and tired, thinking his head off about the patient,(i think this episode's case is one of the coolest, imo)and Cuddy's legs just seemed so inviting and comforting....

I've always considered this quite an important scene. The straight forward honesty and the sincere compliment, I always felt, was a a way of showing us that these two were ever so slowly moving forward. I may be way off the mark, but it's just how I've always considred it.
