My favorite House/Cuddy moment EVER EVER EVER. I guess because it is quiet and simple and he was too blind to see what was there pretty much all along.
I love this too, but....I think this is the point where he actually did see it. But how do you accept such an undeserved gift, you know? His actions had just led to the death of his best friend's love - and now he was kind of being offered what Wilson had just lost. How is that fair in anyone's universe?
What I love most is that he doesn't let go. &hearts
And it sets it up so beautifully for the S5 finale....this proved to him that when things were awful and he was so undeserving - she'd be there. So it made perfect sense that he would go to Cuddy....and then not quite believe it when she walked out, instead inventing an 'angel' scenario not so far removed from what had happened the last time he was sick and undeserving.
Yeah, it's so beautiful. These people knock the finales out of the park, every time.
First of all, long-time follower of this community, first-time commenter. I have literally just started officially watching House this summer, been marathoning all six seasons (almost up to speed for the S7 premier!), and as Huddy is basically the reason I wanted to start watching them in order, I have gotten to love this community so much in the process
