It's the part where they watch that girl about to have a heart attack and House tucks money in her belt and thanks Cuddy for her services asks her to buy him candy.

and yesh, pretty "necklace" and a shiny ..cane too ;D

I love this scene!! It's one of my favorite Cuddy outfits, and the way House tucks the money in her belt and she seemingly turns to actually go get him candy... there's nothing about this scene that I don't love. :D
