Or the schedule of doom, part 2. So we're into November sweeps, and I wanted to post my results. I've dropped some, added some and become obsessed with a couple new shows. ♥

TBBT, of course. Mike and Eldest are watching Arrow but I'm not sold. I'm trying to catch up on Elementary because I love Lucy Liu but I think I might binge-view over the holidays.

I've thought about catching back up on Castle but haven't watched anything since 3/4 of the way through last season. I'm thoroughly spoiled for the big plot twist and might sit down to watch Monday's episode just because.

I didn't expect to fall in love with Arrow like I have! I think it's the very low expectations combined with love for the portrayals of Oliver, Laurel and John. And each episode makes me want more. :)

Castle is really delightful this season. The romance is sweet and played just enough to make me smile. You should watch last week's ep, which was set at a Sci-Fi convention. Very cute!

Bob's Burgers and Dexter (perfect Sunday nights. Dexter is SO GOOD this season), Castle, and Parks. I need to start Go On.

Go On is like comfort food, tasty and satisfying. Nothing to make me rave about, but also time well-spent. Sort of a Community-lite, but yet not. Try it!

Aw, we didn't pick up the same new shows! Well, not all of them. I'm really enjoying Nashville, and Last Resort is okay-ish but I like the concept enough to keep watching. Otherwise, I'm watching Ben & Kate (I love it!), The Mindy Project (adore it too, I'm sad you dropped it! But it is very unequal so I get it), HIMYM even if it's definitely not their best season, Don't Trust the B-- in Apt 23, P&R, Elementary, TBBT, Revenge, Parenthood, and Fringe. (Is there any specific reason that you're not watching Parenthood? It's probably my favorite show right now!) Wow, that's a lot of stuff. I'm not up to date on anything though, I just record everything and watch two episodes a night once baby is asleep. A bit unorthodox but it works! ;) TV! :D

Aw, too bad! I have Last Resort in the back of my mind. Maybe I'll give it a summer marathon, or a winter or mid-spring hiatus try. I have Hulu Plus, so I should be able to watch the whole season.

Nashville scares me because I'm REALLY not a fan of country music, and dramas usually need a secret-identity component to grab me. Sell me on it and I might try it?

There is no specific Parenthood reason - I've never watched even one episode. I see that Netflix has the first three seasons on Instant, and Hulu would have S4... but again, no secret identity component makes it iffy. Give me reasons for this one, too!

Haha, that is such a weirdly specific thing to like in your TV shows! But at the same time there are quite a bit of those, I guess, so if it works for you, why not! I just remembered you didn't like Friday Night Lights, so maybe Parenthood is not for you. It's very low-key, just everyday family drama/funtimes, it has lots of great, believable relationships, and I love all the characters. But no secret identities at all! Haha! And if you do try it, keep it mind that it gets better as it goes along. I've always liked it but my husband only came on board in the middle of S2.

I've only watched three Nashville episodes and it wasn't perfect but I do like it! I kind of hate country too, but I love Taylor Swift, so I guess I don't hate it that much. The music in the show is very good though, even if it's not really my style, and it's not overwhelming like, say, Glee. Connie Britton is fantastic. Honestly I couldn't really sell you on it, just, I enjoy it! ;)

I know, isn't it? I can't even explain it, but it's my ONE bulletproof narrative kink. I mean, LOOK:

Once Upon a Time
Dexter
Revenge
Homeland
Misfits
Covert Affairs
Arrow
The Vampire Diaries
Beauty and the Beast
Grimm
Doctor Who
Merlin

EVERY one of these has it. And then there's Breaking Bad and Mad Men plus probably five others on hiatus right now...

Elementary, Castle, The Walking Dead and Downton Abbey don't really, so I guess I do watch some things without it.

I do like family stories. I probably would like Parenthood if I gave it a try!

Sundays are the day that I have all the television! I'm sad now that Downton Abbey is over until Christmas :( But Misfits is okay this season. The new people are kind of funny but they aren't any Simon/Alisha/Kelly. They're depending a lot on Rudy, who is great, but I don't know if they entire show can float on him with Curtis' side eyes lol

I'm so TIRED on Monday mornings after all that TV! :D

It's so hard to think about watching Misfits with only Curtis left! I like Rudy, I do, but so many new faces... it's a lot like Being Human (UK) was. I just couldn't, even though I really tried.

I will give it a go, though, probably during one of the hiatus weeks.

I don't know when Sunday had the best television, but now it does XD

Yeah, I couldn't really with the new people on Being Human either. I watched last season, but I don't know if I'm going to be able to watch the next one :/ UK television is so odd how it gets rid of its original cast. I don't really see that in American TV so much.

BBT, Downton Abbey, Once Upon A Time and ... *thinks* ... Um ... I don't watch much else. LMAO. I'm tv lazy! ;-)

Though I will be watching Community when it comes back.

I tried to watch Arrow and gave up fairly quick. I think the actor just lacked Justin Hartley's charm? IDK, it seems too serious for me. LOL

Oh, he's definitely not Justin! But maybe that's in his favor. They're not trying to imitate the Smallville version at all. He does have some humorous moments in later episodes, but yeah, it's WAY more serious in general than Smallville ever was.

But I don't feel like it's serious in a good or better way. It just feels like - most of the time - list it's a row of SV's darkest episodes. I can't say that I'm necessarily seeing an uptick in quality (from SV) and I can't say that I'm seeing actors that grab me like SV's actors did.

I want to love the show, but am getting a little bored. I hope they amp it up. Since it's a Justice League show, I will watch until the bitter end, but I'm not sure I'm going to love it while I'm doing it!
