This is a much smaller list, probably because I don't have a lot of fandoms in the second half of the alphabet. But here are a few I really enjoyed:

I'm pointing my husband to a couple of carefully selected stories from the archive. He knows about slash and all but, like your mother, some of the stories would scar him if they were to deal with characters in his favourite shows in ways he's not expecting!

She read my story (and my husband's two) last year, as well as a few selected ones. But she's actually trying to crack the non-participant Top 25 this year (10 if she gets time). LOL. Genes run true.

She is really cool! I wish we lived closer, but it's nice that she can afford to visit me twice a year.

And that is so true. I only have to look at my own daughter to know that. :D

She has since I introduced her to it! She's actually read the one bound copy I made of Deja Vu. I often send her links to my stories if I think she would enjoy it. :)

I think it's adorable that your mom reads fic! How awesome of her! But I can imagine that she got quite the shock at that NC-17 fic. :D

I think she only reads what I suggest to her - and mostly when she's visiting (although I have emailed her the links to my stories when I think she'd like them). But yeah, that was a bit of a shock! :D
