Oh, man. <3 Thank you for reminding me just how much I love doomed!kid fic. There's some really great subtle characterization with this. The quiet desperation and resignation and the understated way that everyone is just barely holding themselves together is a dead ringer for the tone of the canonical glimpse we got into that timeline. You hit all the notes that made that doomed!Dave and doomed!Rose conversation one of my favorite pesterlogs, and you developed Jade and Rose's relationship while doing it. That is basically everything I want out of human-centric Homestuck fic.
