Chad shifted uncomfortably in his suit as he watched Ryan greet yet another group of people.  Everyone was milling around in the reception room as they waited for the ballroom to open.  Chad wished they would hurry up with it.  He was hungry and had been promised pie.

“Everyone this is Chad.  Chad this is Mike, Kristi, and Sondra,” Ryan
