Going about updating some tags on my LJ to include a ‘16th C Food’ section as I am starting to prep for another food workshop for early next year. I know, I know - it’s more than 6 months away: Why start prepping now?

The RenSymposium is usually held in the Central Valley in February. Typically speaking it has been at the Double Tree hotel in Modesto for at least the past few years.

Think Workshop in the Woods, with hot showers and jacuzzis! *grin* Maggie presented there last year and I think Dre did as well? Anywho, I am trying to encourage folks with lots of information to come out and share at this years event...

The plan is to host it at the RenSymposium in Modesto in February. Are you presenting this coming year?

I am actually still waiting to hear back from Bill before I know for sure that the event is going to still be at the same bat time/station. I had talked to him about presenting last year when we went to the event and he seemed happy to have the option.
