There are people who can take the everyday and make it extraordinary, all the while leading the way for others to follow the same example. They define an environment, an industry, a hobby.

These people are amazing.

And then there is Kevin Brown.

Agreed!

Time to set up a folder full of copies of these, and then take them to every public reenactment event and post them on the backstage wall.

Agreed; it's a great and concise statement of how to really make a gig (or character) work in a historical/modern environment like reenactment.

I'd be tempted to retype them, as I'm a design nerd, but pretty good base ideas. Now knowing that he worked for Disney, I can see some of this almost directly coming from the way Disney works are handled.
