With 61 votes in favor, the Senate passed the Mikulski Amendment.

Love the right to life people. I suppose it makes backward sense- if you can't get a pregnancy test, you won't know you're pregnant until it's too late for an abortion. And if as result women get crappy prenatal care, and completely wanted kid ends up with health problems, or their mothers die of cancer because they couldn't get a pap smear or mammogram, well, that's not a problem.
