good WiP bits

So, who has a WiP that's stalled out that has bits they're relentlessly fond of? Ages back, I tried to write a Bruce/Cass romantic comedy of errors that revolved around ballroom dancing. The plot, such as it was, was thus ( Read more... )

I would completely read this and love it! And I have a number of WsIP that I'm inordinately fond of. Some have been sitting around so long that the show in question has come, had five seasons, and been cancelled. ::coughSGAcough::

::sigh:: Even better, the fic I'm thinking of is not only SGA season 1 but a crossover with new Doctor Who season 1! So, I'm behind a Stargate show and a Doctor.

Okay, you win on both timing and on canon, since the New Doctor has given you a lot to integrate.

But Nine's enthusiasm for life + the network of folks of Atlantis ... tha's gold right there, it is. Would you mind sharing, if it's truly abandoned? there's a WIP - amnesty community, but I don't think they are active.

and the sucky part is that mine's completely unfinishable, but what i've got still makes me grin, so i can't just toss it and it's specific enough that I can't cannabalize it.

(funny, mine's a crossover, too. Gotta love the crossovers. At least nothing in the fourth Indiana Jones movie jossed me as badly as Deathly Hallows did.)

HEART.

(Also, in the category of WsiP that are stalled, the one where Lois, Clark, Bruce, and Janet Haywood go on a double date. There are P.G. Wodehouse allusions.)
