scary as hell DCU dream

Last night I had my first and only comic-book related dream to date. And it was deeply scary.

I really don't have nightmares I remember. Not recently, anyway. I still remember this one dream when I was a kid, about demonic dogs that could fly and breathe fire and turn people into possessed man-dogs and -- geez, that was a really screwed up dream for a kid to have, now that I think about it.

I think the correct version of that would now be "Can't sleep, clowns will leave me without food and water and then till me into the soil"

...that makes it so much better.

OK, I know I wouldn't have been able to sleep after that.

Oddly, it happened right before I woke up in the morning. Which is probably why I remembered it. (Also: it was REALLY FREAKY.)

Also, REALLY FREAKY, yes. Though sadly, probably not something they would do in the actual comic. :(

Well, I didn't need to sleep tonight anyway.

The worst part is that the Joker sections played out as silent, like an animated pantomime. Made it even freakier.

...actually, maybe it was just "no dialogue," because I remember the sound when he started up the farm equipment and GAHHHH.
