Adventures in Quinnland
Hey all!
Been pretty quiet on the ole Haven-front for a couple of months now - sorry about that! Combination of 'super busy' and 'not much going on'.
A new screengrab of Harley Quinn from Arkham City has has been released, so check it out! Still doesn't ring much 'Harley' to me, but well. Eh!
If you picked up Secret Six #30 last week, you may have noticed a little Harley Quinn themed stripper in there and that her name was 'Elise' - which is my name. Well, I can proudly claim that the awesome Gail Simone did that quite intentionally as a show of recognition to me! Me & another fine dame did our best to have Gail invited out here for a con (a campaign which was successful) and inserting us as sort-of cameos was her way of thanking us! Here's a couple of scans:
Of course, in Gotham City Sirens, a new story arc has begun, with Harley and Joker's relationship as its focus. It remain to be seen how well it will be handled, but if you're in support of this ship (as you should be!!) come and join the facebook group urging DC to reunite this most amazing couple!
Well, I wish there were more Harley related news I could unleash on you all! But who knows what the future months will bring?
Recently an actor and fellow cosplayer friend of mine stayed with me for a few days here in Sydney and did an interview with me for his vlog! In it, I answer a few questions about Harley Quinn and cosplaying, so check it out!
