Well as of right now according to Big Bang's schedule, there isn't another BIGBANGtv schedule to air next week on Thursday, so it's most likely that this is only a 1 time thing.

YG created 2NE1TV to promote 2NE1 since they don't appear on variety shows at all, and Big Bang do a lot of thing that needs to be kept confidential until the right moment, they work in the studio a lot, so having a camera follow them 24/7 probably isn't the best idea.
