Looking for a certain azkaban fic

I'm looking for a fic where Harry gets released from Azkaban and gets bonded to two cats while in Diagon Alley. It's driving me nuts trying to find it!

the only one I know with harry bonds with two cats is when harry is the twin to Draco, but is was not a Azkaban fic. Do you have more information?

I know he was angry at the world when the two cats, they were siblings, came in and wouldn't leave him alone but that's all I can remember.

This one has 2 cats that bond with twins, one being Harry (who has turned himself into a girl) and the other is Draco. The cats come in in Chapter 2

Oh this is a nice WIP which has not been updated in a while. It's "curse of the banshees" by Sheyda. Cats show up halfway in the story like Ch. 7 or 8
