How to go from:

+ Adobe Photoshop
+ simple selective coloring

1) you start with your base



2) Duplicate, set to Overlay 100%


 >>

3) New Layer, fill with #1F2A56  set to exclusion 50%


 >>

4) New Layer, fill with #E2ECF7  set to Color Burn 100%


 >>

5) New selective coloring layer:

Reds:
C: 0
M: -45
Y: -45
B: 0

Yellows:
C: 0
M: 0
Y: 0
B: -30


 >>

6) Duplicate your base, drag to top, set to  overlay 100%


 >>
