Snape's and McGonagll's portaits are present yes? What year did Minerva resign?
(Cannon according to JKR in a post-DHollows interview.)

Both portraits are indeed on the walls, though on opposite sides of the office. Their occupants have some residual mistrust...

JKR never said what year Minerva quit; she just said it was 'a few years'. We can pretty much take whatever number we want. For my money, five year had a nice sound to it (unless anyone objects)
