Where? I couldn`t find final list to vote on in the given categories. Did you make a new one? Where can it be found? And how many votes can I give? One per category again?

page will tell you what to do. It also includes a link to the submission page.
If you're asking if this is an announcement for a new voting poll other than the one announced 2 weeks ago, then the answer is no. I'm just reminding everyone of tomorrow's deadline.
