I really want to sit down and read all the nominees before voting so I just wanted to know when is the voting closed? And thanks for doing this, I finally have some good H/G to read again!

Oooh, good point. I just edited it in above. I think 2 weeks (until January 30) is enough time to read the fics and make an informed decision... and still fast enough to satisfy our curiosity, too. :)

You just have to be signed in, and you can vote by clicking on the bubbles for each entry!

thanks, i just voted and i did vote for your fic too! kinda difficult as sometimes 2 or 3 of my fave writers and/or stories are in the same category so i was diplomatic and made certain each story/author i like i voted in a particular category :>

I'm really, really flattered with the nomination, however I believe you're looking for the fics posted in 2005; this fic was first posted in 2004 (November 2004, if I'm not mistaken--Here's the original fic link from Phoenix Song). I think it would be unfair for the other great nominated fics if mine will still be included in the list. ;)
