That was a cute fic.

Harry tackled her and told Ginny exactly what he thought about that idea: no more lies, just stolen kisses and borrowed warmth, and living by halves until the rest of life could begin. His kisses were a code. Soon, soon, soon, they told her.

I especially liked this sentence - so romantic.

Thanks. I re-read that this morning and thought, "whaa! Over the top!" But I'm glad that my writerbrain isn't shared by everyone. :tries to see line as romantic again - almost succeeds:

I loved it, especially how Harry feels that Ginny is lying... good job!

Yay. :) I figured that Harry isn't so angst-filled in the romance department that he wouldn't spot the Ginny lie. Glad it was believable. :)

Ok, forgive me, but *Squeeee!* Metric icon! Emily Haines is a goddess of music. :erhem: (Sorry, but no one out here ever seems to know who Metric is)

Anyhow, I keep meaning to put a note in the bottom: I got the code itself from a book I read recently. (I'm not nearly clever enough to come up with my own), and I used a word search site heavily. Which is to say that...Ginny must be vaguely brilliant. lol. That sucker was a pain in my arse to come up with. :P

Aw, I really liked this Jenn! I don't know why you fretted so. Good work and I loved the tackle at the end. :) *hugs* bravo!

Thanks. I fretted because of that dang secret message. It was killer to write, and then I was afraid that the whole premise would be boring and stupid. Five false starts later...

The tackle seemed...right. I was worried that the conversation would drag out and get all emo, but Harry and Ginny were tackles and humor instead. Yay.
