Very sweet. I especially liked the juxtaposition of what Sirius told Harry and what Harry was telling Jessica. The interaction, and the "You do it." "No, you do it." between Harry and Ginny was perfect (and very married couple or little kid).

"Who gets all the good press for spending a few hours with their kids? Men, that's who!"

So true. I play with my kids for half an hour and they think I'm the bees knees, my wife does all the fetching and carrying and not a word of thanks.

Oh the fic ? Nicely done!

LOL. Thank god the conversation was less awkward than it could have been - and I loved the mention of a next-generation Sirius and James! :) Really liked Harry (really, he handled himself quite well), but I think Sirius and his "firework going off in your chest" line was just wonderful.

I was expecting something hilarious after your previous fic, but instead this was a sweet father-daughter moment. Pleasant surprise. Didn't mind the implied Harry/pregnant!Ginny smut at all, either.

Thank you for the flashbacks to Sirius's talk.

"Your mother... was always ready to play Quidditch," Harry smiled.

This struck such a chord with me. My husband and I became best friends in college before falling in love and one of the things he has often said attracted him to me was that of all the people (men and women) in our little group of friends, I was always the one who was willing to do the fun stuff (I'm an athletic nightmare, so I'm talking more go out and get a beer instead of study our asses off...but I think the concept is the same). Anyway, I think I know what Harry is saying, and you've put forth another great fic!
