You have done a brilliant job of showing the complexity and depth of Fred and George's characters. They never did what was expected of them, but they often behaved better than expected. I thought all of their conversations about women, as well as George's recent actions, were very believable.

Hee - mine too :) :) :)

Thank you! Yeah, one of the things I liked about them was that they were pretty unpredictable. I mean, you knew that whatever was going on, they could be counted on to joke about it, but beyond that anything was possible. One of my favourite moments in the series was when Hermione threatened to tell Molly about them testing on other students, and instead of laughing it off, the way they usually seemed to laugh off Molly's tirades, they were shocked and suddenly took Hermione (almost) seriously. Aaawww ;)

Hee :) Tbh I would never have written them if they hadn't been on the wishlist, but I ended up actually liking them together.
I've misgivings about this ritual and it's outcome. Off to read the end.
Yeah, well... I'd say the misgivings well-deserved ;)

Merlin, being institutionalized and sort of possessed by your dead twin and trying to have a conversation with Luna Lovegood meant you had no chance of making any sense whatsoever. lol!! Great line!
I love the whole scene with Luna and George! So well done and funny!
There was another long silence. "Mum," said George. "His memories are all I have left." Oh THANK YOU!! I was so worried!
No... oh George... *hugs him* I can't even fathom what the rest of the Weasleys are going through... I'm trying so hard not to cry...
OH my god! No! No no no no no no no!! Shit. Now I'm teary-eyed....
No one told Luna, did they?
This is wrong. It's so wrong... What about Fred 2? Is this epilogue compliant?
And now that it's over... oh man. Oh man!! I can't believe he did it!! He- just oh man...

Heh, for a scene that gave me so much grief while writing it, it's nice to see it seems to have worked out OK :)

Ah, yeah, about that... sorry!

Pretty much, unless you want to go the George & Luna 4EVER route ;)
...which, frankly, I would find a lot healthier than George/Angelina, but that wasn't left up to me. ::shrug:: Then again, dysfunction has its own angsty charm too ;)
