Wow. What a powerful chapter! Your descriptions of George's suicide attempt and the aftermath were heartwrenching. Malfoy's cameo was extremely well-done. I'm glad Harry had the sense to listen even if Ron didn't. The thread of the Nigerian Healer who specializes in Twin Magic is so brilliantly original--I just love this story!

Thank you!

::pets Malfoy, who seldom gets much love in Weasley-themed fics::

Yay! Thank you!

Ohh the twin connection is fasinating. It kind of makes me cross at The Weasley's in hindsight, but I can never truly be cranky with them. They are doing their very best after all.

On a side note I have been refreshing the comm every 10 minutes all day lol I have no patience at all it seems. This story is one of the best I have ever read.

Yaay! Yeah, bit of a plot curveline there, which some people find rather annoying. So I'm very glad you didn't :) :) :)

LOL!! I'm still so glad they put it up in sections; not sure too many people would've braved it if it had just been one looooooong page.

Way to go Draco. ...and the twin magic reaching for itself makes perfect sense.

Oh good - that's the thing with non-canon magic, you never know if readers will think, "Huh, that's new. Cool," or "OK now that was not in the books, I call BS!"

Thank you! Was a little nervous about putting both in there, as many Weasley enthusiasts appear to be allergic to Draco, and magic that isn't canon sometimes turns people off. Seems to have worked out OK, though ;)

Gah, so much good stuff in this part! The confrontation between George and Molly right after the suicide attempt was amazing. And the twin magic thing is quite interesting.

You've made me respect Draco. I think the world may be coming to an end.

This whole fic (so far!) breaks my heart, but especially this chapter. My cousin attempted suicide some years ago and in the immediate aftermath of rushing her off to hospital my reactions were almost the same as Ron's. Kudos for accuracy.

Loved the Twin Magic. It makes so much sense, and it's a very original take on things that makes my heart break for George all the more.

Now I'm off to read the next chapter!

LOL!! Aw, poor, mistrusted Draco. Just because he was a total weenie for seven years, people can't seem to let that go ;)

::wincing:: Oh dear. That must have been horrible.

My grandfather committed suicide when my mother was barely out of her teens. It's completely devastating for those left behind. Almost fifty years later, my aunt still hasn't forgiven him.

Loved the Twin Magic. It makes so much sense, and it's a very original take on things that makes my heart break for George all the more.
Thanks; I was worried that might put off some people because Twin Magic is very much not canon.
