(FOUND!) Dementors on an island (not Azkaban)

Hi, I'm looking for a fic where Harry's on an island with magical community with little or no magic. Dementors flow from a hole on the island and Harry and co. (Maybe Sirius and Remus?) help trap them forever. The islanders found Harry very powerful. Turns out most islanders had little to no training and most wizards couldnt afford magical schools
