Oh, also, if you want tips and such, I'd be happy to help. I've run 2 fests for DramioneLove (dramionelove.livejournal.com) so far, and I think I get what people need (in terms of rules, timelines, etc.) to make it work. Head on over to that comm, too, if you want to look at how the rules & such were put together. Feel free to borrow any elements you may need. I don't mind. :)
