The ending makes me smile, with the way it echoes that first meeting. I hope that someday, when you are not pressed for time, you might write a sequel.

Oh, perfection. It fits with canon and the prompt. It really is this sort of forced situation where I can see them coming to a truce which might work. I love that they finished each other's sentences and have enough parent skills to know when not to mortify the kids. Also, the handshake. Whenever I see that in fic it makes me happy. Everything could have been so different.

Awww, I realy do like how the ending is a new beginning for them. I also can't help but laugh that it's sort of like they're planning a wedding, decorations, seating arrangements, who has to be invited, etc... ;-)
