This is fantastic, all the colors, the symbolism. Great job (I just wish there was a larger version so I could explore all the details!)

this could be arranged.... I always work in at least 300dpi, sometimes 500.

Ohh this is fabulous.
I love Harry. And the houses at the four points and the elements and the suits.
I love the little details and the universe in stars.
I love that the little drawings around the edges (the stag and doe, Hedwig?, Squid, phoenix, and dragon) correspond with the elements too.

The shading on Harry is great.

You've summed up the card so well and the symbolism is fantastic.
Well done. I really love this.

YES! you got it!!!
The houses/suits are also the cardinal directions and their elements. for a long time I had North/Earth/Pentacle/Hufflpuff on top, as a mapmaker would. But it wasnt right. He needed EARTH to be the ground beneath him, and FIRE the inspiration and passion above him.

the corners attempt to be a blend of elements, air/earth for bird and deer, air/fire is Phoenix, Fire/water is Dragon, and Water/Earth is teh Squid!

Yeah it really works that way around.

Lol. I see the stag and the doe and think Harry's parents but it seems I'm in the minority *g* But then I'm a Marauders fan.

I love it. The details are amazing.

This is a gorgeous interpretation of that card. The details are amazing and really reflect Harry's world, as well as the elements in the card.

thank you! I got a bit carried away! after all it is "the world" -- it had to have everything.

This is such a great interpretation of the card. I love the creatures and it's funny how this is summed up...it's Harry's world and we've have the opportunity to have an insight on the wizarding world because of him. So thank to Harry! Woot!

Lovely job on this!

thank you! I see Harry as becoming free in the universe, when he triumphs, losing his innocence in some ways, but freed from fate's burden as well.

well, I am still searching for my Harry. it's a matter of my skill too, I dont always get what I really want on the page!

I really loved this figure, too. one that was clear in my mind, and not cribbed directly from reference photo or drawing.

thanks for commenting!

I used my "figures in motion" book of artist ref photos after I had it laid out, and of course, all the expressive, open frontal poses are females... it so funny, how constrained the male poses are.

in answer to your other comment, I did not make sketches (yet) for your traditions fic. but their bonding was lovely...

and in my quick re=read, your Ron coming to terms was hysterical!
