Oh, Harry. This was so wonderfuly in character for him. When he failed to kill himself, what did he do? Go out and sacrifice his life to try to make things right for Severus all those years ago.

He didn’t want to do anything flashy. He just wanted to get rid of the fucker. I loved that!

You were really brave to go where those cards led. An incredible story.

I admit to a strong reaction when I read the cards, but I thought "you can do this. It may take lots of clever planning, but you can do this." Also Gavilan was great to bounce idea off and Zelda the houseelf [who just left for uni, sniff] always keeps me honest, especially dealing with the time paradox.

How painfully, utterly wonderful. As much as it's selfish of me to admit, I hope that Severus and Hermione do remember Harry, someone should know the sacrifices which were made for such a wonderful world, no matter that they may have been somehow less over all than for the one seen in canon. Thank you for going with the cards, no matter how hard. You created something utterly wonderful from such a bleak outlook.
