Great job! I like the different themes of each stanza and the insight each provides into the progression of Draco's life. I read the second version, and then the original, and I like the second one better. The ending is more fleshed out, and in the original it felt like it cut off too fast.

yeah the ending of the first wouldn't play out quite right. it was not my best drabble-set, but i like the purity of the 100 words exactly.

thanks so much taking the time to reading them both and tell me what you thought. i really appreciate it. ♥

I still can't believe you did a stanza for each card! That's so terrific. Hmm, and this is not the first time Neville has popped up in the coins suit. Interesting.

well, all stanzas relate to the eight of coins, i just chose to follow the progression of the cards, since, well, life kind of tends to.

neville is perfectly suited to coins since coins are earth element and growing and neville is our gardener.

Hey. I'm just looking back over old fest contributions and asking everyone who posted their story with a link to another site to consider editing their original post to include the story under a cut in the actual post? I know the original rules said links were OK, which is why this is just a request, but we've "lost" some contributions already to people getting rid of their journals, and things like that. You can still keep a copy at your own journal of course! And you can use tracking/notifications to make sure you know about any comments made on the copy in the comm. Thanks.
