Squee- I love this! I have never read anything with these pairings before: Harry and Hermione with a side of Ginny (Hermione and Ginny's suffering friendship added a beautiful complication btw), but now I believe in it completely. In fact I would love to read more!

Draco was great. Just waiting patiently for Hermione and the scene in the broom cupboard- of course Hermione had fantasised about it! Who hasn't?

I love the tone of this too- sort of matter-of-fact (very Hermione) and, as vipersweb said, subtle. As though we just scratch the surface of a whole history of feelings and relationships between the characters. Thank you so much for writing this, mystery author. I enjoyed every line of it.

Ooh... How interesting and positively delicious.

I love the creativity in the pairings and the way the story simply flowed. I've always had a love for the continuing theme in one shots which could be seen here through 'once upon a time' and I also have a love for subtle yet poignant stories where the author gives you little hints and you interpret everything the way you see it. And finally...the ending...so perfect! At least to me. Hermione has had a roller-coaster of a love life where nothing has been certain and Draco is not the type of person to come right out and recite poetry about their love after a few kisses. To me, the comfort of a shoulder to cry on with an offer of tea was simply the perfect ending the story.

I thought this was written very well, and the characters (especially Draco and Hermione) were within character.

Very well done, Mystery Author! I love my gift! Thank you :D
