I don't know why, but the term "cleaning the cavity" made me start laughing. That's certainly one way to phrase it! :D

Glad you had a good Thanksgiving and way to go on making the turkey yourself! That's impressive.

Well, I'm not a fan of the actual act, but the terminology is A++ if you ask me.
