Neville was looking forward to his lunch date with Luna, and thankfully, business slowed early in the afternoon. He carfully chose some mistletoe from the greenhouse, then locked his shop and headed to Le Nocturne. He entered the shop and spotted Luna quickly. "Hi, Luna!" he called with a smile.

"Neville!" Luna said happily, gesturing him over to the display she was looking at, and placed a friendly kiss on his cheek. "You look very handsome, as usual. Oh! And you brought the mistletoe! Thank you, Aster will appreciate that."

She looked at the display and touched each bottle of pheromones, one by one. "I'm going to go put it in her box. Meanwhile, I want you to look at these, and see if there are any you want." She selected one of them and held it out to him, winking slyly as she began to move away. "I thought the doxy might work nicely. He seems like the type to enjoy a fiery scent."

Neville handed her the mistletoe and blushed slightly at her compliment. "You look lovely too, Luna."

He turned to the display. "Um, thank you, but um. I don't have a boyfriend," he said, blushing. But he did wonder if Draco liked that sort of thing. But Draco's not my boyfriend.

"I know, you told me," Luna told him gently, moving over to the register and cooing briefly to the Nargle as she stuffed the mistletoe into his box. "But you still like him, don't you?"

"Of course you are," Luna said cheerfully. "Plants make people happy, don't they? I know they make me happy. I miss living outside, sometimes."

"I guess so," Neville said. "And that's important, isn't it?" He thought of how Luna's face lit up when he said he'd grow sunflowers for her. Flowers like that were just decoration, but it made people like her and Lavender and Colin happy.

"Very important," Luna agreed, nodding. "Everyone needs something to make them happy."

She smiled as their food arrived, and thanked the waitress before digging in. "I've only seen one person leave my shop that didn't look happier than they did before coming in."

Neville thanked the waitress as well, then reached for the salt.

"I suppose... When we were younger, when we were fighting, we were doing something important, even if it was scary." He kept his voice low, as if he shouldn't be talking about such things. "And don't get me wrong. I wouldn't want to do that again. But doesn't all of this feel so... routine?"
