Honestly, I was wondering that, too; initially, I had planned exactly what you said - Münchhausen's thing, Bellatrix making Narcissa sick, but then as I got further into the story, I started to think - what if she went mad over Narcissa's illness and the thought of losing her? And then again, I thought it could be a combination of both, so I just decided to keep it open and let all three options be possible :D I'm so glad that you enjoyed it ♥
