wow,that was really enjoyable. I love how you gave Regulus a complete air of hopelessness while never having the weak inclinations to give up,simply embracing his life how it is and accepting his role and others. Even in the end when he does give in, it never feels like hes out of his own control,which though tragic, I found wonderful. Ive never read anything with this character before so i can only describe him in the sense that you have given me of him, which was very impressive. Thank you for the great start to the fest! x

Painful and rings true. Regulus must have a fascinating background/story and he is such an intriguing character. You've given a beautiful, sad glimpse of what it might have been like for him. You portray the hopelessness of obtaining that ideal of human connection or communication with just the right amount of melancholy and resigned apathy.

Wow this seems to be a very new take on Regulus. At least not one I've seen done quite like this. Really melancholy and said. His whole life seems so...empty. Loved the fic <3

oh wow, i love this! i've never read a fic with regulus as a main character, i love your take on him and how you get into his head, and how you weave the other characters into his story! the hopelessness throughout the story is palpable, and though the ending is really sad, the little touch with him thinking of his past lovers and trying to let himself have a happy death is brilliant. wonderful story, totally enjoyed it!
