This is GREAT! The Longbottoms are so happy here that I can't begrudge them this even knowing what's coming. Truly a lovely and prophetic moment. I almost wish this was in a pensive somewhere for Neville .....

Thanks!

It would be great if Neville could find memories like this in a pensieve some where. I wonder if baby memories can be seen accurately inside a pensieve and if he could look into his own hidden memories of his parents. That's an interesting thought.

You know, it's just occured to me that if you are willing to cross post this to yay_potterkids, it would probably receive a bit more loving. yay_pottekids is a new community for fics and art that can be shared with kids ......

I'd love to if you think its a good idea. I wasn't sure if a kid would like it, but if you think it works I will.

Oh, wow. This is beautiful and heartbreaking, all at the same time. I love the foreshadowing of Neville vs. Nagini. But mostly, it's just wonderful to see them as a happy family, and to see the way things should have been for Neville.

I'm glad you liked this. I really wanted to show them as a happy family together, like you said the way things should have been.

Thanks for your review.
