( Pansy Parkinson liked Malfoy Manor because she could see herself dancing there, dancing until she bled. Lucius Malfoy looked at her and when her curtsey was done she looked back at him, and he turned her face this way and that with the end of his cane and said that she would do. )

Wow. Very lovely and sad and atmospheric ... I can almost hear the waltzes that makes those princesses wear their shoes out. I especially liked how it is sad, and slightly ugly, without villifying either Pansy or Draco, which is rather easy to do.
