I hate Harry, so this is a bit of a cheat, as it's Draco's PoV, but I also see him (Harry) as a driven character and this grudgefuck relationship seems very IC.  He's so angry in Phoenix, and he'd come back to term full of hormones and rage, and if someone tempted him ... well who knows what would happen..
