Wow. Amazing. You are the perfect person to write a story like this. You have always had a way to take the simplest of statements and turn it into a flowing aria of intellecutal stimulation which has a tendancy to turn my into a big pile of wordless goo. Plus, library smut is my all time favorite kink. Books = teh sex.

I love their 'not-a-relationship' relationship too. Very well done. It's heartfelt, angsty, and charming all at the same time. Just lovely.

this whole fic was phenomenal, especially cause, you know, books. but i love the comparison of remus to a book; the dynamics between the puppies; the overall sense of remus not being quite so wise as he seems.

Perhaps he has gone too far. Words can never be recalled once set free, though, and Remus knows this. He wills power into them, calls on the juju of years of faithful worship of the English language to aid him now in his hour of need.

this line was my favourite, although i do love the ending. the teethmarks as braille was especially wonderful.

love/miss you.

and a book never keeps secrets if you don't let it.

Something so simple, so true, and so poetic in your hands.

I usually admire from afar, but I can't do it anymore. This is absolutely lovely. The tension of their unnamed, almost wordless relationship in contrast to the comfort of the actual book, pages replete with words; the imagery transforming Remus into a book himself; this: The dark trace of hair running from below his navel to vanish under his waistband makes Remus hesitate, stills his fingers on the words they fondle, and he lays his book aside wordlessly.

Oh my. Traipsing off to go fondle my own books now...
