Back by popular (er... electricandroid's) demand!

Sorry to post twice in a row, but electricandroid requested that I post something else. I wrote this just before I stumbled onto eumenides1's stories about a similar idea... I hope you'll enjoy mine half as much as I enjoyed those.

Thanks, and you're welcome. I tend to write harsh things. I've got a Sirius muse living with me, and what I write tends to flow from his mood. I wrote this one on a day that he was missing an old lover, and based on the feeling of hurt and gratitude that I had him at all, though I felt I was unwanted.

Well that was TMI, wasn't it? LOL. I'm such a rambler...

*huggles* Thanks. *blush* I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'm always a bit insecure about my slash writing. I was taught to write what I know, and I can hardly know male slash the way I know het or femmeslash. It made me especially nervous posting it here, where there are so many people more knowledgeable perhaps than I. I've considered writing an aftermath cookie for this, but I wasn't sure I should. What do you think?

No apologies, love. I quite appreciate the detailed feedback. I'm really touched you like what I write so much.

I suppose my problem in writing slash is that my boy is bi. He knows what it is like from the experience end. How do you write something from imagination when it will be read by those who actually have the experience and know what you've misimagined?

Fantasy and sci-fi are more or less intangibles, but slash is very tangible. There are a great number of people who know exactly what you've improperly represented. *sigh* I'm just a bit of a perfectionist.

I will try to do that though, to stretch myself. I'm all about growing as a writer. If I wrote some more slash, would you look it over for me before I post it? To avoid humiliating myself? *blushes* I really am a bit shy about certain things.

I can't believe I never read this one on your journal, Liz. I really like it. It's disturbing and erotic. That's a very good thing. You make me want to write slash myself, heh. This one gives me chills, but that's very possibly because I know where you drew the inspiration from. *hugs* You're so bloody brilliant.

Some very erotic imagery here, but what I really responded to was the intensity of the emotion, the longing and the sadness... actually felt my eyes tearing, it was so real... thank you so much for sharing this, it was beautiful. I'd really love to read more of your slash if you decide to write more...

Anath.

Oh look how lovely, a month old review finally popping up in my inbox. *grin*

Thanks so very much for the wonderful review, and I'm sorry I never knew about it sooner! I love the emotion of your writing as well, and I'm very pleased that you enjoyed this. I'm working on more slash all day today actually, and since it seems like I'm apparently not a botch at writing it, I'll post it up when it's done. Thanks so much for your encouragement!

Yes, LJ is being weird and sending old messages it never delivered before. Annoying, huh?

But yes, the story is lovely and I'm glad you respond to the emotion in my fics too... and I'll definitely look forward to your writing more slash! You do it very well, in fact, not a botch at all.

Love & Serpents' Kisses,
Anath.

fuck me! I never read this!!

I'm so sorry - and i missed such a little nugget of eroticism.

mmm!

surrendering entirely to the moment, to the overwhelming waves of sensory bliss as his lover's cock danced against his soul.

Thank you for posting this - and am gobsmacked that I missed it! *kicks RPGing for destroying my life*

LOL! You're so funny, UL. Thanks, sweetheart... Are you sure you never read it? How very odd. That one of the ones I liked best out of all I've written. :)
