This is just...well. I've been going through your stories from the list, and loving them all, but this is just something incredible. There is only so much you can say in reviews about structure and language and development, but in this there is such pain and terror and love, and I love the fact the Sirius's death is something she will never stop mourning and is a constant pain. In fanfiction there are stories for fun and entertainment, which serve their purpose by amusing us and providing us with hot sex (which clearly is one of the main reasons for fanfic). but then there are those which qualify as good literature, as writing so good that it's value lies in itself. And this is it.
Okay, I get a bit pretentious after a few glasses of wine, but basically this is very good and I love it.
