Oh, wow. The atmosphere you create in this story, in all of your Tom/Minerva work. I love the metaphor, the subtle characterisation and the dark brilliance of this. This is an amazing piece of writing.

This is fabulous! I've never seen this pairing done before, and you make it so right. It's full of emotion, and containment and sadness and regret. You make the two characters fit together so well, they complement each other.

I can hardly single out any part to comment on, because I loved so many individual lines, as well as the thought behind the whole thing, but...

The sun and the dark meet only twice; at night, when the darkness wins, and in the morning, when the sun breaks free. - this was a beautiful idea.

Oh I love this... I like the idea of Tom/Minerva, but I've never read any of the fics until this one, and it's great. As is everything else of yours I've read, LVTR/HG mainly. I'll have to look for more of these two though. =)
