Oh, beautiful! I've been bitten by the Remus/Tonks bug too, but you've done a much better job than I :). Wonderful characterization for both of them, and I especially loved the weirdness of the beginning scene. We get such a sense of history and things unspoken.

Thank you so much! I love the beginning scene too - it came to me, fully formed and out of nowhere in the middle of the night, and I think it just works.
