Hufflepuff fic! Yay! Love your Ernie characterization--he's fleshed out true to canon--as well as your portrayal of the Hufflepuff common room and its chaotic Christmas-ness. Nice job!

Great to get a glimpse of Hufflepuff House. The first line was effectively unexpected, and I particularly enjoyed:

He was going to get some kind of glitter-related sickness, he knew it. Like developing a taste for bad disco.

Now that deserves a fic all of its own. :)
