Excellent! The conversations that needed to happen between Snape and Luna, and between Luna and her father were so well done and cathartic for me as a reader. This was really great, mystery author.

Thank you so much! I'm sure you had an idea who wrote this, and without some of the conversations e had about Luna and Snape, I know the story would not have been the same.

Lovely piece! Good dialog, nice setup, good job keeping everyone in character. Luna's always so good at empathy -- she's got so much sweetness without being Pollyanna.

Thank you so much! I was so worried about characerization here. It means a lot that it worked for you.

This is gorgeous. I haven't seen anyone try to handle Papa Lovegood's "betrayal" (or whatever one ought to call it) before, and you did that really well here. This is one of those fics I didn't know I wanted until I'd read it.

Snape's and Luna's interaction is excellent as well. And this exchange:

“It is much more difficult to kill a potions master than you might imagine.” His voice dripped with condescension, but Luna found that she did not really mind it. Once it might have hurt her, but now that she had fought in battles and been held prisoner, Snape's disapproval seemed trivial.

“Yes,” she said, “My mother always said that too. Of course, now she's dead.”

Gold.

Thank you so much for this! I was worried that people wouldn't want to read a story about her being angry with her father; Im really glad the idea worked for you.

This was such a wonderful fic...loved seeing Luna working everything out concerning her father and the war, and Snape of all people helping her. Loved it!
