Thank you for this treat. I loved this story, the deptiction of Centaur culture, young Firenze, and Anatolios. Anatolios in particular was a beautifully drawn character, very well rounded and solid as was his relationship with Firenze. The story carried me along. You handled the confrontation scenes and the battle scenes well ( ... )

This is such a lovely story! Thank you for giving us this glimpse into the world of the centaurs. I love the parallel you draw between Firenze and Harry, from their first meeting and Firenze makes his decision.

I like that he inherited some of his ability for independent thinking from his parents, that his father help to nurture it, but that his determination to make his own choices also came from himself. Individual choice is such a huge theme in the HP series, and I thought you did that justice in this piece.

Thank you so much for this! At least I'm assuming it's for me. *g*

I love the way you portray Firenze and his relationship with his father -- there's a beautiful melancholy there. Anatolios is a great character in his own right, and I'm glad you gave him the ending you did. The world you've created for the centaurs is a rich and fascinating one, and I love how you weave the story into canon.

Thank you so much, again!

So intriguing! I found the reveal of why there don't seem to be female centaurs, as well as the unfolding of Firenze's personality and relationship with his father, very compelling.
