What an interesting idea. I loved the bargaining at the end, which seems so very much like Draco. 'Practically nothing' - how long will he delay, I wonder? And then, of course, he throws it in the bin.

I enjoyed the characters a lot in this, Draco in particular was very convincing. The bit about the shouting planner alarming Madam Pince made me grin.

This was very cute. You wrote with a light and amusing tone that was perfect for the holidays. Draco seemed especially good. I loved the last line.
